It was a real pleasure to share time with 95 year old James "Skeeter"
Gilman and with his son Tommy Gilman. Skeeter is the son
of the original owner of Gilman Mechanical. With such
great folks as Skeeter and Tommy its easy to see where Gilman
Mechanical gets its strong foundation of friendly, qualified
service. Today we appreciate the high standards by which
Gilman was originally founded on almost 90 years ago.
The pictures below show the current Gilman Mechanical owner (of
10 years) Winston Hancock presenting a framed
picture of the original company to Skeeter, and other images of
Winston and Tommy Gilman. The Gilman's were kind
enough to give us copies of this picture and other memorabilia
of the original Gilman Mechanical company.
