ready to serve you. Our team of experienced technicians can help
keep your home's heating and air conditioning equipment running properly with
our Gilman Maintenance Inspection Agreements, and can diagnose and
repair your unit when it’s having problems.
We recommend purchasing a Gilman Maintenance Inspection Agreement for each of your heating and cooling systems. Each
plan includes either one or two checkups (depending on whether your
heating and/or cooling system is covered), a 15% discount off our
regular flat-rate repair prices, 10% off quoted installations (up to
$400.00) and priority service. |
Keeping your
equipment properly maintained helps improve system efficiency and
reduce the number of breakdowns and emergency calls. Research also
proves that well-maintained equipment will have up to a 50% longer
life.
Our flat-rate
pricing ensures that you are quoted a fair price for repairs up-front
and aren’t surprised with any hidden charges. Our standard
diagnostic charge includes a thorough examination of your HVAC
system and a quote for any repairs that may be necessary.
Gilman’s computerized
dispatching system keeps a complete service history for every
customer, and also tracks warranties, service agreements, and
equipment data.
Our normal working
hours for service calls are 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday. Outside of these hours, our 24-hour on-call
technicians are available to serve you in the case of an emergency. |
